Harim Pena

  • Harim Pena is employed at Kettering Health as a Regional HR Director since December 2022. Prior to joining KH, he started his career as a counselor for the Central Florida Safety Council and an account manager for a medical practice, Florida Facilitists. He then spent 16+ years at AdventHealth HR in the Central Florida South Region.

Ester Bomfim

  • With 20 years of national and international experience across 500 Fortune Corporations, Ester has delivered consistent results in areas such as talent acquisition, development, management, and retention. A dedicated wife and mother to two girls, she is passionate about her Brazilian roots, the Seventh-day Adventist Church's legacy, and, most of all, her intimate relationship with God.

Shaunielle Abreu

  • Shaunielle has been with Loma Linda for 15 years and currently serves as core HR support for LLU, leads enterprise-wide belonging efforts and maintains oversight of our Management Business Residency Intern program. Her multifaceted roles improving policies, advancing DEIB programs, and managing talent and costs to strengthen the organization and employee experience. Shaunielle is also voluntary faculty for School of Public Health at Loma Linda University and enjoys traveling.

Sarah R Gutierrez

  • Sarah Gutierrez is an accomplished Human Resources leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning healthcare, public affairs, and corporate sectors. She currently serves as a Human Resources Director at Adventist Health, where she partners with executive leaders to drive engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead strategic workforce initiatives that support both patient care and employee well-being.
