Todd has spent the last 13 years in healthcare human resources in multiple hospitals from California to Hawaii. Currently, he and his teams support 5,200 Adventist Health employees including corporate office, shared services, remote workforce, and employed physicians. Prior to healthcare, he spent 12 years working in the humanitarian aid industry in Cambodia, Togo, and Washington, DC. He holds an MBA, Global Professional of Human Resources (GPHR), and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Tammy is a persuasive leader and communicator who has leveraged a significant breadth of experience directing strategic Human Resource initiatives, HR Service Delivery, Regulatory Compliance, and Performance Management strategies. Able to build and maintain rapport and exert influence at all levels of an organization, she thrives on opportunities to support internal teams in problem discovery and resolution. Tammy is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Harim Pena is employed at Kettering Health as a Regional HR Director since December 2022. Prior to joining KH, he started his career as a counselor for the Central Florida Safety Council and an account manager for a medical practice, Florida Facilitists. He then spent 16+ years at AdventHealth HR in the Central Florida South Region.
He served most of his time in HR leadership positions including strategy, recruitment, operations, and business partnerships. He last served at AdventHealth as Executive Director of HR for an 11-hospital region (including multiple free-standing ED’s and Health Parks) with over 24,000 employees and an HR team of 65+ team members including 11 HR directors.
Having worked mostly in Human Resources for not-for -profit healthcare, he is very familiar with employee relations, compensation, acquisitions, recruitment strategy, culture, and change management. He is particularly experienced in the areas of strategic advice to regional executives, mediating critical leadership cases, directing the administrative functions of complex matrixed organizations, and developing company culture.
Harim served as board member for Loch Haven Children’s Academy for 12 years and built partnerships with surgeons, physicians, university leaders and other community leaders to enhance relationships in company initiatives.
Harim earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Community Counseling from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN as well as his PHR certification from HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute).
In his role, he was privy to highly confidential information about company strategy, future expansion, and trade secrets. In accordance with policies, laws, and regulations he was relied on to carry a large responsibility.
With his background in counseling, he is calm and professional when dealing with tough decisions and/or upsetting personnel issues.
Harim lives in Kettering, OH with his wife Jessica will and their two daughters (3,5). When Harim is not working, he likes to travel, surf, golf, bike and spend time with his family.

A dedicated wife and mother to two girls, she is passionate about her Brazilian roots, the Seventh-day Adventist Church's legacy, and, most of all, her intimate relationship with God.
